Delivery

FLAT RATE of 7.07€ postage for all orders anywhere in the world.

Fast 3-5 days shipping is achieved through our geologically well-positioned warehouse.  All our shipments are sent from Central Europe and are handeled carefully to arrive in flawless condition.

We support the traceability of all our shipments through tracking numbers which are given to our costumers via email as soon as the order is processed.

Shipping cost is 7.07€. The rate is flat, unvariable regardless of destination or weight. It is charged to each cosumer with each order.

Return

14-day free returns policy

Every our costumer has right to withdraw from contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. The beginning of this period is considered as the date of receipt of the products or from the conclusion of the service contract.

To begin the product return process please send us e-mail about the withdrawal from the contract to support@bimmergroup.com

Products should be returned in full, undamaged, clean condition, including original packing.
